C and D seem like the correct answers but to be fair, if you modify or add a virtual switch using standard method the hosts will perform a rolling reboot causing VMs to live migrate. ie upgrading your network by adding faster interfaces to the virtual switch would technically induce live migrations as the hosts reboot.
AOS and Hypervisor only reboots the CVM. This doesn't trigger a VM migration as another CVM will handle the traffic. The performance might be slower due to the data being remote. Network upgrade will affect the host therefore evacuating the VMs and ADS handles the hotspots. Should be B/D
Should be...
C - Hypervisor upgrade - https://portal.nutanix.com/page/documents/kbs/details?targetId=kA00e000000LMgICAW
D - Cluster resource hotspot - https://next.nutanix.com/how-it-works-22/acropolis-dynamic-scheduling-ads-37912
