D sounds right - according to https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E11882_01/appdev.112/e25519/composites.htm#LNPLS99929 where it states "A varray is appropriate when: You know the maximum number of elements."

D is the option because varrays are a good choice when the number of elements is known in advance https://docs.oracle.com/cd/B10501_01/appdev.920/a96624/05_colls.htm

Why not D? Varrays could be stored in table column and have strict limit for quantity of elements inside.
