C. The installment is not selected because the due date is after the Pay Through Date. The key is Date basis = Due Date. Refer to Examples of Date Basis in Payment Process Requests in the Using Invoice to Pay guide on docs.oracle.com.

No, it is C. Date basis=Due Date ==> No discount is taken. sample in AP Doc : Due Date: If you set the Date Basis field to Due date, the installment isn't selected for payment because the due date of March 31 is later than the pay through date of March 30.

@Farzanah, this is indeed the case when the Always Take Discount option is enabled. In this example however, the installment isn't selected as the Due Date is after the Pay Through Date.
