Answer is C but the reason given if cflorindo is incorrect. Artifacts are merged when importing, this is the reason A is incorrect. However data gets replaced.

Correct is C - During import, Essbase artifacts will replace any existing artifacts on the destination environment. There is no option to merge artifacts.
