I will go with B. In each region in a tenancy, there's a global image retention policy. Most correct answer is B, D seems also to be correct however D is related to repositorie(s) and the question is related to the registry. B is the only option that would ensure across all repositories in the registy

There isn't a TENANCY retention policy. There are Global retention policy for each Region.
