E is the correct: In the Storage Gateway documentation, generic references to Object Storage encompass both the Standard and Archive storage tiers. Therefore Archive is the most cost effective.

E should be the answer. The most suitable service is OCI object storage with storage gateway.It is not required to use OCI standard object storage he back is on tape and it is not readily accessible so it is not required to have immediate access to the back based on the backup policy of the company.

E is correct. I thought that it had to go to standard tier first then to archive until I read this: https://docs.oracle.com/en-us/iaas/Content/Archive/Concepts/archivestorageoverview.htm Look at the section: You interact with the data stored in the Archive Storage using the same resources and management interfaces that you use for data stored in Object Storage. All Object Storage features are also supported in Archive Storage.
