AD is correct. https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/planning-budgeting-cloud/epbca/integration_scenarios_100xf03cdfeb.html. You do not need to add a Project dimension in Financials.

ABD, as you would need to have the project dimension re-mapped to custom in FS as well to have all three modules working together. As it was described, you should only have WF & PRJ connected.

B is incorrect: If you are integrating Financials with Projects, note that aggregated data for total projects is pushed to Financials.
