A level 0 incremental backup, which is the base for subsequent incremental backups, copies all blocks containing data, backing the datafile up into a backup set just as a full backup would. A level 1 incremental backup can be either of the following types: A differential backup, which backs up all blocks changed after the most recent incremental backup at level 1 or 0 A cumulative backup, which backs up all blocks changed after the most recent incremental backup at level 0

Theoretically you're right but if you see the question, level 0 is happening on Sunday followed by Level 1 cumulative on Monday. The subsequent level 1 differential backups will have data changed since last cumulative level 1 backup, hence option E is incorrect for this scenario. All differential backups in this backup schedule will have changes since last level 1 backup only. If there was level 1 differential backup taken on Monday, then option E would be correct as it is followed by the level 0 backup on Sunday. So option ACD is right here.
