The largest portion of the SYSAUX tablespace is occupied by the Automatic Workload Repository (AWR)
https://docs.oracle.com/cd/B28359_01/server.111/b28310/tspaces010.htm#ADMIN11387
Thus the answer should be A,D,E as:
* AWR tables belong to SYS users and are stored in SYSAUX tablespace
* AWR does not use any space in the SGA --> it's not stored in memory
SYSAUX is not the default SYSTEM schema tablespace, it's SYSTEM.
The Automatic Workload Repository (AWR) collects, processes, and maintains performance statistics for problem detection and self-tuning purposes. This data is both in memory and stored in the database.

C. All AWR tables belong to the SYSTEM schema. I am unsure of this. SYSAUX is a auxiallry TS created for SYSTEM schema but all objects on SYSAUX need not be owned by SYSTEM as SYSAUX can be alloted to any other schema. SYSTEM schema owns the SYSTEM TS.
Since AWR data lies in SYSAUX TS, I'm confused if C is correct.
