Selected Answer: D
The domain controller is named client-a.lab.local, it’s can’t be A. D is correctly stating the label name but the connection is from the firewall to the user-ID agent which make the wording bad but it is the best answer.

Selected Answer: A
A because the user-id agent is on the firewall. It's polling the DC and it's connected.

I dont think any of these options are correct: https://docs.paloaltonetworks.com/pan-os/10-1/pan-os-web-interface-help/user-identification/device-user-identification-user-mapping/monitor-servers/configure-access-to-monitored-servers A. should say it's connected to "lab.client" So this is wrong: B. The User ID agent is the firewall, as this is using Client Probing. So the firewall is the agent. The AD server is lab.client. So this is wrong C. Is the closest but again, "host" to me means the DC. Hosting of the user-id information. So this is wrong. D. Again, the firewall is the user-id agent here. The part showing connected is the User-id agent(the firewall) connected to the DC. So this is wrong... not sure what they are wanting.

A seems to be fine, the controller is called/labeled as lab-client, which is the name we define when configuring PA-integrated User-ID Agent.

It looks like A is correct. This is the PA Integrated User-ID Agent (not the Windows UIA). In the Server Monitoring section, we configure the name of the server/controller to which the firewall will connect. In this case, the firewall UIA connects to AD called 'lab-client'.
