"C" is correct for enabling via CLI while in config mode. "B" is close, but wrong for enabling via bootstrap ini-cfg.txt file; correct setting is "plugin-op-commands=advance-routing:enable". For the WebUI, the correct path to enable is "Device>>Setup>>Management>>General Settings" then check the box for "Advanced Routing" and reboot the firewall. https://docs.paloaltonetworks.com/vm-series/11-1/vm-series-deployment/bootstrap-the-vm-series-firewall/create-the-init-cfgtxt-file/init-cfgtxt-file-components https://docs.paloaltonetworks.com/pan-os/11-1/pan-os-networking-admin/advanced-routing/enable-advanced-routing
