"cloud-native, cloud-based delivery" It's the only one that makes sense. They are refering to the 200+ Mobile User nodes world-wide, and the different Compute Regions. The Mobile User nodes allow for in-country internet access (which give local web pages like users in France get French pages, German users get German pages). For Compute Regions, they are placed strategically to allow you to meet latency and also regulatory compliance within different countries around the world.
