Reckon the answer is indeed "D". If the question asked how credential phishing prevention works then we can bring up User-ID. User-ID is the engine of how credential phishing prevention works. At least that's how I see it.

Hi Team, I would agree this B only reading how this sentence from 10.0: 'you must configure both User-ID to detect when users submit valid corporate credentials to a site'. Looking at the question it does state about 'Company' credentials.
