When you context switch, you can modify local rules, modify a layer 3 interface and modify the host name... A is wrong, you can not get to the FW CLI from context switching. C is wrong because if you've context switched you can not modify Pre-Security policies D is wrong because if you've context switched you can not modify Post-NAT policies.

They said context switched, so you will be basically on the GUI of the FW not in Panorama any longer. Thus you can not do any Pre/Post policy modifications, and you can not get to CLI from the GUI
