Option D Report generation can also consume considerable resources, while some pre-defined reports may not be useful to the organization, or they've been replaced by a custom report. These pre-defined reports can be disabled from Device > Setup > Logging and Reporting Settings https://knowledgebase.paloaltonetworks.com/KCSArticleDetail?id=kA10g000000ClSvCAK

Can you help my thought process out here as both B (Disable logging on the default deny rule) and D (Disable pre-defined reports) will reduce the CP load. What am I missing, as D seems to be the correct answer, but based on what can I discard B? Thanks!

By default logging is disabled on the default deny rule https://knowledgebase.paloaltonetworks.com/KCSArticleDetail?id=kA10g000000ClHkCAK Pre-defined reports are (maybe - I don't have a way to test) enabled by default : https://knowledgebase.paloaltonetworks.com/KCSArticleDetail?id=kA10g000000ClSvCAK
