It says they are using Advanced Routing, which means Logical Routers. So B and C would be dismissed since they are Virtual router-related The command in A exists but you have to enable it first

the correct choices are A. Run the CLI command "show advanced-routing ospf neighbor" and C. Look for configuration problems in Network > virtual router > OSPF.

This one is easy, with AR enabled there is no Virtual router any more... AD are the answers.

Answer is A,D. 1. The ARE will enable the logical router, not the virtual router. 2. The CLI command is valid and only will appear if you enable it.
