11 weeks: Activity A starts and takes one week. Activity B starts at the same time as Activity A and takes three weeks. So, at the end of Week 3, both A and B are complete. Activity C follows A and B. Since A and B are complete at the end of Week 3, C starts in Week 4 and takes two weeks. So, at the end of Week 5, Activity C is complete. Activity D follows C. Since C is complete at the end of Week 5, D starts in Week 6 and takes five weeks. So, at the end of Week 11, Activity D is complete. Therefore, the total time to complete the project is 11 weeks.

C The sum of the activity durations in the Critical Path is equal to the Project’s Duration; therefore, a delay to any Critical Activity will result in a delay to the Project Completion Date.
