D. MoSCoW. MoSCoW is a requirements prioritization method that categorizes requirements into four groups: Must have, Should have, Could have, and Won't have. The method is designed to help prioritize requirements based on their importance and criticality to the success of the project. In this scenario, the insurance company needs to replace its current enrollment and billing software application before the end of the year, which makes it essential to prioritize requirements to ensure that the critical requirements are addressed first. Given the large volume of requirements, the MoSCoW method can help the business analyst prioritize requirements by categorizing them into the four groups mentioned above. Time-boxing (Option A) is a method of allocating a fixed amount of time for a specific task or set of tasks. While time-boxing can be helpful in managing project schedules and deadlines, it is not a method for prioritizing requirements.

The suggested set of answers should include combinations of the techniques
