Selected Answer: C
In a small project with a low budget and a short, tight schedule, it's crucial to maintain open and transparent communication with stakeholders. Sharing all relevant project information ensures that stakeholders are well-informed about the project's progress, challenges, and achievements. This approach helps build trust, manage expectations, and allows stakeholders to provide timely feedback or support if needed. Regular communication is especially important when stakeholders have varying levels of interest in the project.

Selected Answer: C
C. Share all relevant project information with the stakeholders. Rationale: Effective communication is essential for stakeholder management. Even though the project is small and will be completed quickly, stakeholders should still be informed of relevant project information to manage their expectations and ensure alignment. Option C ensures transparency without overloading stakeholders with daily reports or consuming too much time with one-on-one meetings, especially considering the short, tight schedule.

Option C, which suggests sharing all relevant project information with stakeholders, is generally a more balanced and flexible approach. It ensures transparency and keeps stakeholders informed without overwhelming them with daily reports. This approach allows stakeholders to access project information as needed, ensuring that those with varying levels of interest can stay informed without imposing excessive communication demands

Selected Answer: C
We cannot share all information to all the stake holders. Also, the question does not say that stakeholders are not engaged. Moreover, not all the stakeholders are internal hence daily report sending to all of the stakeholders is not a feasible solution. This will be C

Yes, the answer is C. This is because effective stakeholder communication is crucial for the success of any project, regardless of its size or budget. The project manager should communicate with all stakeholders and share all relevant project information to ensure that they are informed about the project's progress and any changes or issues that may arise.
