Selected Answer: A
Why A is Correct: ✅ 1. Delivering Value Incrementally (PMBOK Principle 2: Deliver Value) A Minimum Viable Feature (MVF) allows for early showcasing of business value without delaying the entire functionality. Even though the back end (Company B) takes longer, a front-end prototype or partial functionality can still provide insights and marketing validation.

Option A makes the most sense. Delivering a minimum viable feature in 2 weeks lets the marketing department showcase some business value early on. This approach provides a compromise, giving a sneak peek while buying time for Company B to finish their part without derailing the current workflow.
