Selected Answer: D
Considering the need for informed decision-making and understanding the implications of changing approaches: D. Review the benefits realization plan to include the cost of the change. This option allows the organization to consider whether the change to a predictive approach will truly deliver the expected benefits or if the past negative experience was an outlier.

Selected Answer: C
C. Define a project management plan for the new approach, as needed. If the project board decides to replace Scrum with a predictive approach, the project manager should adapt the project management plan to reflect this change. This will involve updating the various components of the plan, such as scope, schedule, budget, and risk management, to accommodate the new approach. Additionally, the project manager should ensure that the team members and stakeholders are informed about the change and are aligned with the new methodology.

should not develop a new plan until the PMO office reaches a consensus. Creating a new plan without weighing the pros and cons can result in waste of resources.
