Why the answer is not A? operations manager was not notified in advance and they did not approve the service. This could be that operations manager was not identified as stakeholders

Selected Answer: C
To prevent the issue where the operations manager was not notified in advance of a new service being transitioned into operations, the program manager should have first: C. Ensured there was a communications management plan that included the transition to operations. Having a comprehensive communications management plan in place, which specifically includes the transition to operations, is crucial for ensuring that all relevant departments and stakeholders are appropriately informed and prepared for the changes. This plan should outline the communication of key milestones, transitions, and training requirements to all affected parties, including the operations department. By doing so, it would have ensured the operations manager was aware and prepared for the new service, thereby avoiding the scenario of being unprepared and untrained.

Selected Answer: C
C. Ensured there was a communications management plan that included the transition to operations. A comprehensive communications management plan would include detailed procedures and timelines for communicating with all relevant stakeholders, including those in the operations department. This plan should outline how and when information about the program's progress and upcoming transitions is to be shared. Including the transition to operations in the communications plan ensures that all relevant parties are informed about the changes in a timely manner, prepared for the transition, and have the opportunity to provide input or raise concerns.
