Selected Answer: A
The project manager should choose option A. Create a prioritized backlog and define iteration review sessions with stakeholders. In a project where the scope is frequently changing due to new knowledge, it’s important to have a flexible and iterative approach. Creating a prioritized backlog allows the team to focus on the most important tasks first. Regular iteration review sessions with stakeholders ensure that everyone is aligned on the project’s progress and any changes to the scope. This approach allows for continuous feedback and adjustment, which can help prevent misunderstandings and ensure that the project outcomes meet business goals. Remember, the goal of project management is to deliver value to the stakeholders, and this approach helps ensure that the project is always aligned with their needs and expectations. It’s not just about scheduling meetings or creating detailed plans, but about creating a flexible and responsive project management process.

And is A. The completion date is unclear and scope keeps changing so it means it’s an agile approach.

Nothing in the question indicates that this is an agile project; rather, discussion of 'scope' and 'deliverables' lead one to believe this is a predictive project. IN that case, B - Create a detailed WBS and milestones - would be the most correct answer.

I think the word implying it is using Agile is "Some deliverables have already been completed" becoz the waterfall generates all deliverables only at the end of the project.
