Selected Answer: B
In a multicultural team, addressing cultural differences and fostering a positive working environment is crucial for team cohesion and performance. The project manager should facilitate a discussion between the team members and the construction manager to understand each party's perspective. Open communication allows for the identification of specific cultural challenges and provides an opportunity to find solutions collaboratively. Seeking the construction manager's input in resolving the situation is important, as it ensures that all parties involved contribute to finding a resolution that respects cultural diversity and promotes effective teamwork.

Selected Answer: A
I am juggling between A & B. I choose A as it is more of a collaborative approach to resolve the issue. But I am not sure if my assumption are correct. Any comments?
