I'm more into option D, this approach allows for flexibility. If the team member cannot attend every meeting, they can prioritize joining during discussions that require their expertise, in this case: timeline deliverable and quality parameters, which can help alleviate any feelings of exclusion or disengagement.

I think other members don't know about the purposes of meeting, so agenda is a necessary tool that allows they understand and focus on the main content. So D is correct.

Defining Agenda of meeting is important as other team members are questioning the need for project meeting. The one team member not being able to attend , could be of some valid reason , but not have impact to the other team members attending the meeting as well.

Defining rules for the project meeting (option A) is important, but defining the agenda specifically addresses the issue of managing project deliverables by ensuring that meetings remain focused and productive despite the attendance challenges.

Selected Answer: A
n this situation, the project manager should consider defining the rules for the project meeting and establishing an agenda. This can help address the challenges posed by the team member from a different country who is unable to attend meetings regularly. By defining the rules and agenda, the project manager can ensure that key discussions and decisions take place during the meetings, even if not all team members can attend every session.

The issue is not that a remote person csnt always join, the issue is that others now that its okay to slack off in the meeting. We need to address this by adding meaning to the meeting. We can do this by explaining the purpose using an Agenda

Defining a clear agenda for project meetings is crucial as it guides discussions toward essential project aspects and objectives. While defining meeting rules (option A) is important, a well-defined agenda ensures that discussions remain focused on critical project topics, facilitating productive meetings even in the absence of certain team members.
