nope. Team member isn't following agile rules so PM needs to show them the agile behaviour driven by agile values. conducting a sessions isn't going to do much because there are blocker because of bad behaviour.

Selected Answer: A
In Agile teams, daily standups are meant to be collaborative and self-managed. If one team member is dominating the meetings and causing discomfort, the best action is to: Facilitate a team-building or coaching session to improve communication, trust, and collaboration, Allow the entire team to reflect on the current situation and jointly define better norms for interaction, Empower the team to self-correct in a way that promotes psychological safety and Agile values. This aligns with the Agile principle of fostering team ownership and continuous improvement.

C doenst make sense since the PM cannot moderate each meeting. Its A or D. I have a problem with the word "show" (sounds too directive). A is more collaborative.

Selected Answer: D
Option D: Meet with the team member to show the impact of their behavior. It’s important to address the issue directly with the individual who is causing discomfort in the team. The project manager should have a private conversation with this team member to discuss their behavior, its impact on the team, and how it’s affecting the project’s progress. Remember: Option C could potentially help, but it might not be enough if the team member continues their dominating behavior.

Selected Answer: A
The project manager should conduct a session to help the team improve their interactions. In an agile environment, collaboration and effective communication are crucial for the success of the team. If one team member is dominating the meetings and causing discomfort within the team, it's important to address this issue to ensure a healthy team dynamic. Conducting a session on improving interactions can involve team-building activities, open discussions about communication styles, and establishing team norms. This approach helps create a more collaborative and supportive environment, allowing all team members to contribute effectively to the project's success.

Selected Answer: C
C. Moderate the daily meetings to help the team feel more comfortable. By taking on the role of the meeting moderator, the project manager can ensure that the discussions are inclusive, that all team members have an opportunity to participate, and that no single team member dominates the conversation. This approach helps to address the immediate issue of one team member directing the meetings and creates a more collaborative and comfortable environment for the entire team. It also allows the project manager to observe the dynamics of the team and make further interventions if needed.
