Selected Answer: B
Only asking product owner to review the stories with the stakeholders prior the backlog refinement can address the solving of such cases in future. Project manager already had meeting with product owner if he is now planning with the team. Stop copy pasting ChatGPT answers here. Answer is B.

In this scenario, the project manager should consider option C, which is to review the project backlog with the product owner before estimating the stories. Before estimation, it's essential to have a clear understanding of the user stories and their acceptance criteria. The project manager should collaborate with the product owner to review the project backlog and ensure that the necessary information is available for the team to provide accurate estimations during backlog refinement. This helps in enhancing the accuracy of the estimations and contributes to better planning during the iteration.

The question is referring to the backlog refinement meeting. One key benefit of a backlog refinement session is that it allows teams to have a focused and in-depth discussion about the items in the Product Backlog, to prioritize and refine their understanding of the requirements and goals for each item.

Ans: B I find some issues with this question which is not framed correctly. Why would team estimate stories in a “backlog refinement”. They would do it in “sprint planning”. There itself, the question is not correct. Secondly, between backlog refining and next sprint planning, the project manager has to ask the [roduct owner to properly review all stories with the stakeholders, get all missing information prior to the next planning. So my choice would be B.
