Selected Answer: D
It is either B or D and I prefer D because we can check the quantitative assessment of the risks and which one have the most significant impact on the project. This way we can provide an objective clarification over the discussion. Remember that we are the Risk Manager, not the PM. If so, we could refer to the ground rules.
