Selected Answer: A
A. Perform Qualitative Risk Analysis, to assess the extent of the system performance impact. Here's why: When a potential system performance issue arises, the first step is to assess the nature and impact of the risk. Qualitative Risk Analysis helps: Prioritize the risk based on its probability and impact. Understand the severity of the performance issue. Determine whether further analysis or action is needed, such as Quantitative Risk Analysis or planning a response. The other options involve later stages of risk management: B (Monitor Risks) is for ongoing tracking after risks are identified and analyzed. C (Plan Risk Responses) comes after understanding the risk. D (Quantitative Risk Analysis) is more detailed and data-driven, but only necessary if the risk is significant and requires deeper analysis.

Selected Answer: C
At first instance it will look like MVP is the right answer D. But, here the problem is different. It is a team velocity issue due to introduction of new technology, which need to be reviewed with team via retrospective, skills gap identification and team adjustment. So, C is the right answer.
