Selected Answer: B
B. Define Activities When developing the project schedule, the process that involves decomposition and rolling wave planning techniques is "Define Activities." In this process, the project manager breaks down the project work into smaller, more manageable components or activities. Decomposition is the technique of subdividing project deliverables and project work into smaller, more manageable parts.

Processes that are performed continuously throughout the project. The process Define Activities may occur throughout the project life cycle, especially if the project uses rolling wave planning or an adaptive development approach. Many of the monitoring and control processes are ongoing from the start of the project, until it is closed out. Decomposition and Rolling wave planning is a T&T of Define activities pg 174
