Selected Answer: D
Why the other options are incorrect: A. Identifying team aspects for managing physical resources sounds close, but the wording is vague and less directly aligned with standard project resource management tasks. B. Procuring equipment and materials falls under Project Procurement Management, not directly under resource management. C. Training may be addressed if there's a skills gap, but it's usually an output or action item—not a core resource management task unless specified in the training plan.

In my opinion, "D" is correct. "A" cannot be correct because it is saying that the PM will identify the different aspects of the TEAM (Human Resources), to better manage the Physical Resources (Materials and equipments). Which it doesn't make sense, why would the PM need to analyze Human Resources in order to manage Physical ones. Plus, you will see in the upcoming questions (Not my first time doing this sample exam) that Roles and Responsibilities is being considered as part of Resource Management.

Selected Answer: A
The answer is A see PMBOK Process Resource Management to identify, acquire, and manage the resources needed for the successful completion of a project. Then review 9.1-9.6 all the tasks that the PM will do. A would be the best answer as it defines the process and generalizes all tasks
