B. Plan Procurement Management
Make-or-buy analysis is a tool and technique used in the Plan Procurement Management process. In this process, the project team evaluates whether to make certain project components or products in-house (internally) or to procure them from external suppliers (buy). Make-or-buy analysis helps in making informed decisions about which procurement strategy is most suitable for the project and its specific requirements.
