Within an organization, regarding strategic initiatives, the project manager needs to focus on reaching the project and the organization. Pages 53 & 54. If you look at the other answers, you'd realize that for strategic purposes, you'd not need to worry about industry (outside of an organization) and change control board is too narrow within the project and not at all discussed within the sphere of INFLUENCE. So this makes the answer A. Exam tip is to focus on key words like influence and then key term that come along with that (influence = project > organization > the industry > professional discipline > across disciplines). Hope this helps.

I understand the rationale behind the answer, but the question is dumb. You don't give a presentation to influence the project and the organization.

The answer is correct but wow, the wording is terrible. Choose your poison on some of these questions for sure.
