Selected Answer: D
D. Program delivery phase. Component planning is an ongoing activity throughout the program delivery phase. This involves integrating new components into the program, formalizing the scope of work, and identifying deliverables that align with the program's goals and benefits. The planning for components is responsive to the program's needs as they evolve during delivery and includes managing any replanning or initiation of new components as required. This ongoing planning during the program delivery phase ensures that each component is properly positioned for successful execution within the program's governance framework.
