D is correct. Program charter is high level so staff details not make sense.

Selected Answer: D
When creating a program charter as part of the preparation for a review to secure funding by senior management, the program manager must identify: D. Key decision makers or stakeholders in the program and their expectations and interests. The program charter should clearly outline who the key stakeholders are, including decision-makers, and detail their expectations and interests regarding the program. This is crucial for ensuring that the program is aligned with stakeholder needs and for securing their support, which is especially important when seeking funding approval from senior management. Understanding and documenting stakeholder expectations helps in guiding the program's direction and focus, and in ensuring that the program delivers value that is recognized and supported by these key stakeholders.

Selected Answer: D
D. Key decision makers or stakeholders in the program and their expectations and interests. The program charter is a key document that provides an overview of the program, including its purpose, objectives, and the roles of key stakeholders. It should clearly define who the key decision makers and stakeholders are, along with their expectations, interests, and how they are impacted by the program. This information is crucial for senior management to understand the program's alignment with organizational goals and the stakeholder landscape, which can significantly influence the decision to fund the program.

A is wrong. But B also may not be correct. Assumptions to shape the program objectives is what is stated in Program charter. As per the choice, it is stating Assumptions for "Business management plan". Best could be D which is stakeholders. That is a key input for program charter. My answer is D.
