Selected Answer: D
In this scenario, where issues on a component project have led to delays due to the project manager's hesitation in making decisions, the program manager should: D. Develop an immediate corrective action plan with the project manager and coach them on decision-making responsibilities. This approach is proactive and collaborative. By working directly with the project manager to develop a corrective action plan, the program manager can help address the issues promptly while also providing guidance and support in decision-making. Coaching on decision-making responsibilities can empower the project manager to act more decisively in the future, thus preventing similar delays. This strategy focuses on both immediate resolution and long-term capacity building within the project management team.

It is D. A is not correct. Program manager will not step in and override the project manger work. They can corrective with Project manager and coach them to improve the work.
