Selected Answer: A
To communicate the program's intended direction and the linkage between organizational strategies and planned work, especially after the program charter has been approved, the program manager should use: A. Program roadmap The program roadmap is an effective tool for illustrating the program's direction and how it aligns with organizational strategies. It visually represents the key milestones, deliverables, and components of the program over time, providing a clear overview of how the program contributes to the organizational objectives.

The SPM4 states that "The program roadmap is a chronological representation of the program's intended direction, graphically depicting dependencies between major milestones and decision points, which reflects the linkage between the business strategy and the program work". Is there a difference between Business Strategy and Organization Strategy?

A is correct. According to Standard of project management by PMI the program roadmap is a representation of program’s intended direction, reflects the lineage between the business strategy and the program work (page 36, 3.3).
