Selected Answer: BD
The project manager should take the following two actions to prevent the team from being unqualified: 1. **B. Encourage working in pairs and knowledge sharing**: This approach, often referred to as pair programming in software development, allows team members to learn from each other. The team member with the technical skill can share their knowledge with others, helping to increase the overall skill level of the team. 2. **D. Facilitate a training event with an external trainer**: If the skill is complex or requires formal training, bringing in an external trainer can be a good option. This can ensure that all team members receive the same level of instruction and can help to quickly increase the team's capabilities.

I think the answer supplied is correct. I'm assuming tracer is a typo. It wouldn't be C because the PM can't directly teach it. Its asking what should the PM do. I guess hiring an external source and working in pairs would be the best option here.

You don't have to teach the whole team if one or more already have the skill.
