First of all, this is an agile approach. In agile there are no project management plans. The most accurate way to check qualities agile approach is through sprint review from customers so C cannot be the answer

Selected Answer: C
C. Review the quality management plan with the senior manager. If a senior manager expresses concerns about the project meeting quality standards, it is important for the project manager to address these concerns promptly. Reviewing the quality management plan with the senior manager can help to identify any gaps in the plan that may be contributing to the concerns. This review can also help to ensure that the senior manager is aware of the quality standards and the project's approach to meeting those standards. Asking the senior manager to approve the user acceptance testing (UAT) plan (option A) may not address the concerns about overall project quality. Similarly, simply informing the senior manager that there are approved quality standards (option B) may not provide enough detail to address the specific concerns. Estimating backlog items to forecast quality (option D) may be useful, but it should not be the primary response to a senior manager's concerns about project quality.

I prefer C to B, which sounds like its a autocratic approach.
