Selected Answer: C
Firstly you discuss confidentially with the team member, and then after you have identified the root cause of the issue, you bring this along to them. Think of the following scenario. What if the member has a personal problem with another member and that's the reason of the problem. You cannot bring this to the team if you haven't discuss it first the the individual.

Selected Answer: C
C. Have a confidential discussion with the team member to identify the root cause. When a team member consistently expresses issues with completing tasks during daily meetings, it's important for the project manager to address the issue promptly. Having a confidential discussion with the team member allows the project manager to understand the root cause of the problem and work together to find a solution. This approach promotes open communication, trust, and collaboration within the team, which can lead to more effective problem-solving and improved team performance.

Surely D. This is Agile, PM is a SERVANT LEADER and FACILITATOR, the TEAM is the responsible to take the decition about how to fix the issue

I believe D is correct. C could work still, but the member already brought it up in the meeting's on their own that they are having issues solving problems, and allowing the team to assist will improve collaboration. Had the member not brought it up on their own, I believe C would have been correct

Selected Answer: C
Some team members might feel uncomfortable discussing their individual challenges in a group setting, especially if the issues are personal or sensitive. Initiating a confidential one-on-one discussion (option C) first allows the team member to open up without fear of judgment.

I will go with D. An agile team has not many members. Perhaps senior members know the problem/solution and can help. Root cause is also identified by all team members.

Here are some things to look out for in daily meetings: Is the team collaborating or are there tensions in the air? Are there any risks that can impact future sprints? Is there a common problem you can help solve (after the meeting of course)?

The question is a little misleading with the use of the word "their". Are they referring to the one team member or the entire team?

D is Correct Answers. When it is a business issue, it is better to raise and discuss it in daily meetings, which also aim to review these issues. Otherwise, it may be a personal issue that should be raised and discussed in private meetings with that person.

Also gonna go with C here, you don't want to spend time in a daily standup trying to root out the cause of one team member's poor performance, its also something you generally want to do in private as it can discourage them or cause others to treat them differently.
