This answer is B. Incorrect training doesn't make you that way. Emotional Intelligence is something the PMBOK references pretty heavily here and there as well.

t's challenging to determine the exact reason for the project manager's behavior based on the given information alone. However, option B, the project manager lacks emotional intelligence (EI), is a possible reason.

Answer B is correct. EI part of Tacit knowledge - which cannot be trained. It is ingrained and depends on the individual's personality traits.

Answer should be B. Lack of training could mean he doesn't have knowledge to perform PM work. This scenario is about personality...Emotional Intelligence is what the PM lacks of in this situation

Emotional intelligence is the ability to monitor your emotions or the emotions of others and use this to guide your actions. A shorter way to say this is to recognize or regulate emotions in ourselves and others.Based on this,i think B should be correct answer.

Selected Answer: B
Should be B. Training does not give a person a soft skill such as empathy or emotional intelligence. They are learnt over a period of time, duly understanding peer/subordinates mindset.

Although even EI can be trained to a limited extend answer (B) seems to be the correct one here since EI is about Self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship management, and team leadership
