Selected Answer: B
Voting for B It suggests proactive planning to define the best way to review deliverables with the customer. By doing so, the project manager can align with the customer's availability and preferences, ensuring a smoother and more timely review process. It may involve discussing and agreeing upon a specific schedule for reviews, providing the customer with multiple review options, or finding alternative ways for the customer to participate in the review process, such as virtual meetings or asynchronous feedback. Proper planning and communication can significantly reduce rework by promptly addressing any issues or concerns raised by the customer in a timely manner after each iteration. Option D: Asking the customer to review the deliverables in each iteration based on their availability could further exacerbate the problem if the customer remains unavailable. It does not provide a solution to avoid delays in reviews.

Selected Answer: B
Correct answer is B - Rather than reacting to the customer's absence, the project manager should proactively define a structured review process that aligns with the customer’s availability. Option D is reactive rather than proactive and could still result in delays.

B looks more like predictive. In Agile, planning should be throughout project and customer to review the deliverables in each iteration, hence D.

the customer has a tight schedule, he is very busy. The PM will have to work around the customer's schedule in order to go over the deliverables in a timely manner. He has to make the appointment happen with the customer if its going to happen, never give away your work.
