Best way to guide Junior Project Mangers is below: Break down tasks into manageable steps. This will make it easier to track progress and identify potential problems early on. Use templates and checklists.: This will help ensure that no steps are missed or overlooked. Get regular feedback.: This will help you identify areas where improvements can be made. So in the as per the answers provided the best possible answer would be Answer A ( Use a work breakdown structure (WBS) to create a project schedule based on the project and resource requirements) .Option D is telling to review the project management plan daily (Key words not to choose this option) .

A. Use a work breakdown structure (WBS) to create a project schedule based on the project and resource requirements. By using a work breakdown structure (WBS), the project manager can break down the project into smaller, manageable tasks and activities. This allows for a clear understanding of the project scope and helps in identifying potential areas of rework. By creating a project schedule based on the WBS, the project manager can allocate resources efficiently and ensure that tasks are completed in a logical sequence.

A does not help to reduce rework. use WBS to develop dependency and activities schedule but does not mean to improve efficiency. I selected D because if it is daily stand up meeting with stakeholder (the 3 question, what you did in yesterday, what you plan to do today and any impediment) can have a better planning (management plan) , improve efficiency via transparency and remove impediment have a build-in quality control which is proactive --> reduce rework. I selected D

Options B, C, and D do not address the issue of reducing rework effectively and may lead to inefficiencies or mismanagement of project resources.

Maybe it reduces the chances of missing out something or recognizing dependencies to put activities in the right order and similar things.
