I'd go with A. The stakeholders may not know the product backlogs well.

Even if answer (B) is technically right it doesn't really address the issue. The same situation will happen again unless the PO doesn't change the way of interacting with stakeholders to jointly refine the requirements.

Selected Answer: B
The most effective way to mitigate product rejection in this scenario would be Option B: Engage the main stakeholders in the upcoming sprint review sessions. This approach ensures that the stakeholders are involved in the process and can provide their feedback and expectations directly during the development cycle. It allows for immediate adjustments based on their feedback, reducing the risk of misalignment between the developed features and the stakeholders’ expectations.

it seems to me that it is a problem of Product Owner who has not been able to understand how to develop the product or what "Acceptance criteria" to approve..

Selected Answer: B
B. By inviting them to participate in these sessions, the project manager can provide a platform for direct feedback and clarification. The stakeholders can observe the product in action, ask questions, and provide real-time feedback on the features. This engagement allows for a more collaborative and iterative approach, where the stakeholders can provide immediate feedback, and the project team can make necessary adjustments or clarifications based on the feedback received.

That main stakeholders were invited to join the previous sprint and complaint on the features so why the answer is B i select A, customers' requirements were not captured so that the product increments were rejected. A is better

Selected Answer: B
Agile Practice guide states that stakeholders should be a part of the agile process. This would ensure that the team and stakeholders align on the features and any issues would have been discovered earlier.
