In my thinking direction, I will go for A cos I feel like new requirements are important not all of them should be taken into consideration that's why we valuate impact on scope, time, cost, and quality, Prioritize based on business value, feasibility, and alignment with the project goals, And only then proceed with change requests if necessary.
