Selected Answer: A
By meeting with the team collectively and in one-on-one sessions, the project manager can establish clear expectations, communicate project goals, and ensure that team members understand their roles and responsibilities. Setting shared targets helps create a sense of accountability among team members, fostering a commitment to delivering quality work. Additionally, these interactions provide an opportunity for open communication, addressing any concerns or challenges that may impact the quality and timeliness of project deliverables. Regular meetings also facilitate collaboration and teamwork, contributing to the overall success of the project.

Again this is another tricky question, as it refers to Quality and Time. Both opiton A & D are good answers, but D only target on the progress (which is time). So in this context, A is a better option.

Selected Answer: D
Option D complements Option A by providing a mechanism for ongoing information exchange, problem-solving, and coordination, which is critical to ensure that the project stays on track and quality work is consistently produced. In many global and dispersed teams, the challenge lies not only in setting clear targets but also in maintaining consistent and efficient communication throughout the project's duration. Regular team meetings help

Selected Answer: A
A. Meet with the team together and in one-on-one meetings to set clear, shared targets. Reasoning: Option A ensures that all team members have a clear understanding of what is expected of them. This clarity reduces the risk of misunderstandings and promotes accountability. Regular one-on-one meetings provide an opportunity for individual team members to address any issues they might be facing and get direct feedback. Moreover, establishing shared targets can promote a sense of unity and common purpose among the dispersed team members.

Option A and D looks good. But Option A is best because we need to address time and quality issues. Addressing both time and quality concerns together helps create a more comprehensive approach to managing the project. Clear targets set early on can guide the team's efforts, while ongoing communication and collaboration can keep the project on track and ensure that the final outcome meets the required quality standards.

In the case of a dispersed team, it is very important to establish regular communication channels. Doing daily stand-ups will help to track the project's progress and resolve impediments. the question is asking how to ensure that the project completes ON TIME and WITH QUALITY.

Poorly worded question to the fact that it only mentions dispersed team members. Just because its a global project doesn't mean the team members are not within or outside of a large or small time zone difference. You worry about quality so you meet one on one and you worry about quality so you meet in a group.

Selected Answer: A
When working with dispersed teams, it is important to set clear, shared targets for everyone involved. Meeting with the team together and in one-on-one meetings allows for clear communication of the targets, and can help to ensure that everyone is on the same page. Additionally, regular communication and updates throughout the project can help to keep team members accountable and ensure that the project is completed on time with quality. Encouraging peer evaluations, using time sheets, and arranging regular team meetings can also be helpful, but may not address the underlying issue of unclear targets and poor communication.

2nd keywords: "Previously, when working with remote teams" Those 2 separate keywords indicate you cannot have a "Meet with the team together and in one-on-one meetings...." which is option A.
