Why the other options are incorrect: A. Brainstorming helps identify risks or ideas, not directly used for estimating durations. Monte Carlo simulation is more relevant for quantitative risk analysis. Analogous estimation is valid but not paired well with the other two here. B. Resource leveling is a schedule development technique, not a duration estimation tool. Iteration burndown charts are Agile tracking tools, not duration estimation methods. C. Milestone charts and schedule baselines are outputs, not estimation techniques.
