Selected Answer: C
Option C, proposing a minimum viable product (MVP), is an Agile approach to addressing uncertain requirements. An MVP focuses on delivering the minimum set of features required to provide value to users and gather feedback. This approach allows the team to start the development process, validate assumptions, and reduce uncertainty while working toward the product launch deadline. It also provides the flexibility to adapt to changing requirements as more information becomes available.

Voting for C. MVP D does not make sense if the requirements are unclear to begin with, so what to prioritize, If D states as project requirements clarification with the stakeholders, then it probably would have been a better answer.

Selected Answer: A
If the requirements are unclear, you canndo a MVP nor prioritise them. For me, we would need stakeholders to clarify the requirements or review a prototype. Closest answer is A.

Also C cause they need it by end of summer. The question sounds urgent

Selected Answer: C
C: Assist the team in proposing a minimum viable product (MVP). Why? A product needs to be delivered no matter what but there are uncertainties, therefore, an MVP will be the simple version of the final product that solves the most important problems. Thereafter, iterations can occur to refine the product.

Seeing what people actually do with respect to a product is much more reliable than asking people what they would do. this is from agile alliance. MVP is the answer. I thought it was D too

D should be answer. MVP need to meet stakeholder expectations, otherwise the project will lose stakeholder support.

If the requirements aren't clear then there's no way MVP could be proposed

Selected Answer: C
MVP - It is the version of a new product that allows a team to collect the maximum amount of validated learning about customers with the least amount of effort. A company might choose to develop and release a minimum viable product because its product team wants to: Release a product to the market as quickly as possible Test an idea with real users before committing a large budget to the product’s full development Learn what resonates with the company’s target market and what doesn’t

I just noticed the 'proposing' in Answer C. I think this is the key differentiator - The team proposes the MVP so the stakeholders can validate and no time is wasted as working on this MVP can serve for the total product

You would propose a Prototype, in that case, not an MVP.

but D. is also misleading and not idea. only mentions prioritization and not clarification. not happy with either choice.

Selected Answer: D
Why not D? The requirements could be more clarified and reprioritzed by talking to the stakeholders as now the team admits they do not properly understand the requirements. Making an MVP only to find out they misinterpret req's could lead to missing the deadline, wasting money and having a product unfit for use...
