Selected Answer: D
The correct answer is: D. To understand whether the targets are achievable Explanation: The purpose of the Plans theme in PRINCE2 is: ✅ “To facilitate communication and control by defining the means of delivering the products (the what, how, who, and when), so that the project’s objectives and targets can be achieved.” In simple terms, it helps the project team determine whether the targets are achievable by providing a structured approach to planning time, cost, and resources.

Answer = D. A = not correct - > To identify, assess and control any potential changes to the baseline: This is primarily covered by the Change theme, not the Plans theme.

Selected Answer: A
The purpose of the Plans theme is not to understand whether the targets are achievable, but rather to provide a framework for creating plans that will help achieve the targets. A plan enables the project team to understand the risks, both opportunities and threats, and to identify, assess, and control potential changes to the baselines

YES, the main purposes is not to understand if the targets are achievable but it is stated there as part of it. On answering this question i chose A, but after reading on it i think the answer should be D, as a relates more to the change theme rather than plan theme
