Know I'm pretty sure delivery steps = technical stages, thus referring to 9.3.1.1 we see that "Delivery steps often overlap...". Also, all the other are clearly falses.
This is possibly a question from the earlier versions of the exam. No mention is made of 'Technical Stages' in the 2017 Version 6 but the Technical stages correspond to the discussion on Delivery steps in the Plans Chapter ( #9) in the 2017 Version 6
